We strive to achieve a minimum of 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. Support requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours and we aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Clients are responsible for maintaining current contact information, complying with our acceptable use policies and ensuring that their content does not violate applicable laws.
We may perform scheduled maintenance during off‑peak hours to minimise disruption. We will provide advance notice when possible. During maintenance windows, services may be temporarily unavailable.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the contract. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
